The Most Reverend Thomas J. Rodi is Archbishop of Mobile, Alabama. He entered the seminary at the age of 24, after completing law school. His plan was not to become a priest, but to practice law. He tells his vocation story, describing how he knew he would not find peace unless he gave the seminary a try.

Fr. Stephen Vrazel is a priest of the Archdiocese of Mobile, Alabama, and parochial vicar at St. Pius X Catholic Church in Mobile. He was active in the Church from a very young age, and entered the seminary immediately after high school. He says the difficulty in cultivating priestly vocations in recent decades is partly a result of a lack of a general sense of “vocation” among Catholics.

"For me, it is a great joy to be together with priests." -Pope Benedict XVI
